Today, I was at B. Dalton, and I saw the "last chance" rack, so naturally, I went to see what was on there. There were two copies of a book about personalizing the details of your wedding, the sort of things to put on a wedding dress, kinds of bouquets, shoes, cakes, et cetera. I had to put it down, because it made me think, "my god. How fucking PRETENTIOUS can you get????" At my wedding, I'm going to wear a sequinned halter-top and jeans. Maybe a tiara. I might have a bouquet of irises or something. And the cake? Feh, I'll make it myself.
